Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You attended all 5 days of the live workshop sessions
• You practised the techniques taught during each session
• You did not feel a noticeable improvement in your anxiety, sleep quality, or overall wellbeing after completing the full 5-day programme
• You request a refund within 7 days of the last session

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at synchroyoga@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name as provided during enrollment
• Your Razorpay payment ID (starts with "pay_")
• The email address used during enrollment
• Brief reason for the refund request

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking).

Add-On Modules

Refunds for add-on coaching modules (Instant Anxiety Relief Coaching, Nervous System Relaxation Coaching, and Total Body Relaxation Coaching) are handled on the same terms as the base challenge. If you are eligible for a refund, the full amount paid — including any add-ons — will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• You did not attend all 5 live sessions and did not watch the recordings within the 48-hour availability window
• The refund request is made more than 7 days after the final session
• You have previously received a refund for the same programme
