Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in any programme offered by SynchroYoga ("we", "us", "our"). By completing your payment and enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SynchroYoga offers online yoga, breathwork, and meditation workshops and courses designed for anxiety management and overall wellbeing. Our flagship offering is the "5 Days Anxiety Reset Challenge" conducted by Yogacharya Suneetha, a Ministry of AYUSH certified yoga instructor.
By completing the payment process through Razorpay on our website, you are enrolling in the selected programme. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payment methods accepted include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through Razorpay's secure gateway.
Live workshop sessions are conducted at the scheduled times communicated during enrollment. Joining links and schedules are shared via WhatsApp and email. Recordings of live sessions are available for 48 hours after each session for enrolled participants who miss the live broadcast.
Optional add-on coaching modules (Instant Anxiety Relief Coaching at ₹199, Nervous System Relaxation Coaching at ₹499, and Total Body Relaxation Coaching at ₹999) may be selected during checkout. These modules supplement the base challenge and are delivered alongside the main programme.
All content, materials, recordings, guides, and resources provided as part of our programmes are the intellectual property of SynchroYoga and Yogacharya Suneetha. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or share any programme materials without our express written permission.
Our yoga, breathwork, and meditation programmes are designed for general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, consult your healthcare provider before participating. While our methods are AYUSH-certified and designed to be safe for all ages, individual results may vary.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you attend all 5 sessions and do not experience noticeable improvement, provided you request the refund within 7 days of the final session.

SynchroYoga and Yogacharya Suneetha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programmes. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the programme.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, programme pricing, schedules, and content at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
